Harrington recommends businesses consider the potential implications of the landmark trade agreement on their employees and fleets by, for example, reassessing sources, performing a cost-benefit analysis, assessing the shipping network, identifying tools to streamline compliance, analyzing enterprise system needs, and identifying storage and record-keeping tools.
